Todd Velde

Todd was born on Easter Sunday April 10, 1977 in Granite Falls to Gary and Marcia Velde. As a boy he just could not stop smiling. Todd was baptized and confirmed at Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church in Hanley Falls. He graduated with the Yellow Medicine East Class of 1995. He loved all aspects of life: sports, fishing, hunting, music, getting to know people, and observing what we call life. As he matured, he discovered his unique ability to leave a trail of humor that extended to anyone in his path. We thank you Todd, for your keen and extraordinary insights. Todd is survived by his father, Gary Velde of Granite Falls, MN; his mother, Marcia Kithcart of Fountain Hills, AZ; sisters: Sarah of Chicago, IL, Wendy of Queen Creek, AZ; Grandparents: Leon and Geraldine Velde of Granite Falls, MN; Richard Phillips of Willmar, MN; Carol Phillips of Brookings, SD, and numerous other relatives. Todd was preceded in death by his infant sister Faith in 1975.
