Timothy Hall, 61, of Mankato, passed away July 14, 2021. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 14th from 1:00 to 3:00 pm, with a prayer service at 3:00 pm, at the Wing-Bain Funeral Home Chapel in Granite Falls. Burial will be held at Doncaster Cemetery. There will be a celebration of life at Tim’s house in Mankato on Saturday, August 21st from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Timothy Michael Hall was born May 20, 1960, the son of Michael & Sharon (Peterson) Hall in Granite Falls. He was baptized at the Congregational Church in Granite Falls. Tim attended school in Granite Falls. Following high school, he worked at Rodgers Hydraulics before moving to Minneapolis, where he started working as a maintenance technician that brought him from Chicago, out to Nevada and finally back to Minnesota where he lived in Mankato.
Tim enjoyed fixing up old cars and trucks, being outdoors hunting and boating. Tim was a talker loved to argue. He was always looking for a “deal”. Some of his favorite spots to eat were George’s in New Ulm and Dairy King in Redwood Falls where he would stop for a rhubarb malt.
Tim is survived by his parents Sharon & Dick Anderson; step-mother Nanci Cossins Hall; siblings: Bradley (Amanda) Hall, Barbara (Bradley) Jacobson, Thomas (Abby) Hall, Deborah Buckeridge, Kristen (Marc) Heffern and David (Kim) Anderson; aunts, uncles and many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Michael.
