Tom Berghuis, age 67, of Clara City, Minnesota passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022.
A Private Family Service will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Tom was born in Waseca, Minnesota on July 27, 1954 to Delwin and Delores Berghuis. He grew up in Clara City, Minnesota where he was baptized and a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. He started working for Berghuis Construction at 15 and continued working in construction after high school for many years.
Tom married Rosemary Aeikens on April 14, 1977. They made their home on a farm by Raymond where they lived until moving to Clara City in 2018. They raised 3 daughters on the farm. Tom was devoted to his family. His daughters and their families were definitely the joy of his life.
Surviving are his wife, Rosemary; daughters, Stacy (and Justin), Nicole (and Chris), Abby (and Tyler), grandchildren, MaKenna, Mason, Brynn, Nolan, and Lincoln. Also surviving are his step mother, Lois Berghuis; 2 brothers, Brad (Faye) and Joe (Vicki); brother-in-law, Randy Cadwell; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Judy and Dave Steffen along with their families.
