Sandi Holt

Sandra Sue Holt was born October 1, 1947 in Montevideo, Minnesota the daughter of Robert and DeLoris Schuldt. After a courageous battle with cancer, Sandi passed away on Monday January 10, 2011 at the Care Center in Clarkfield. She attained the age of 63 years.She was baptized and confirmed into the Christian faith at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Montevideo, Minnesota.Sandi grew up and attended school in Montevideo and graduated from Montevideo High School with the class of 1966. She continued her education attending Granite Falls Vocational College, where she became a dental hygeniest and worked at Dr. Haugen's dental office in Montevideo. After the passing of her first husband Daryl Running in 1979, she worked as an over the road truck driver for 30 years while she lived in Kemp, Texas. After the loss of her husband Sonny Holt in December 2009, she then moved back to Montevideo later that spring to be with family. Sandi was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing BINGO, cooking, caring for dogs, and especially loved spending time with her family.Sandi is survived by her son Ronald (Michelle) Running of Missoula, Montana; grandchildren: Dallas and Stephanie (Jesse) Gutierrez of Missoula, Montana; siblings: Diana (LeRoy) Mamer of Dawson, Minnesota; Lynda (Kermit) Teichert of Buffalo, Minnesota; Russ (Linda) Schuldt of Clarkfield, Minnesota; Don (Jodie) Schuldt of Montevideo, Minnesota; Ron Schuldt of Fort Worth, Texas; Pam (Jan) Thralls of Fort Worth, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and husbands.
