Roy L. Gustafson was born July 14, 1926 in rural Hanley Falls, Minnesota the son of A. Albert and Emma (Johnson) Gustafson. He passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017 at the Clarkfield Care Center.
He was baptized at Yellow Medicine Lutheran Church in Hanley Falls, grew up in the Granite Falls area and attended country school through 8th grade before going to work on the family farm.
Roy owned and operated a feed mill in Rockford, MN; worked construction near Sioux Falls and worked as a farm hand. He enjoyed traveling and working on farm machinery.
He is survived by his brother Gordon Gustafson of Granite Falls, Minnesota; and other extended family and friends.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents: A. Albert and Emma Gustafson; brothers: Donald and John Gustafson; and sister: Jean Singh.
