Robert Lee Heidebrink, was born on September 23, 1947, in Adrian, Minnesota, the son of Harm Sr. and Anna Marie (Boots) Heidebrink. He grew up in Rushmore and was a 1966 graduate of the Worthington High School. Robert was united in marriage to Rita Carlson on November 22, 1969, at the First Presbyterian Church in Rushmore. In June of 1974, together with their daughter Robin they moved to Sacred Heart where they owned and operated Bob�s Café. After selling the café, Robert started working at Warner Manufacturing in March of 1976. He retired in October of 2012. Robert loved to fish and hunt, especially ice fishing, tend to his yard and wood working. Robert was his grandchildren�s biggest fan, attending everything they were involved in and teaching them both to hunt and fish. Robert passed away, his wife at his side, on February 13, 2013, at the Bethesda Heritage Center in Willmar, Minnesota. He was 65 years of age. Left to cherish his memory: his wife Rita of 43 years; daughter Robin (Brad) Raddatz of Wood Lake; grandchildren: Reed and Britanna Raddatz of Wood Lake; eight siblings: Fritz (Leona) Heidebrink of Bigelow, Virgil (Amy) Heidebrink of Sun City, Arizona, George (Shirley) Heidebrink of Worthington, Harm Jr (Harriet) Heidebrink of Buffalo, Leo (Thelma) Heidebrink of Worthington, Ruth (Frank) Perrin of Valle De Ora, Texas, Duane (Marilyn) Heidebrink of Madrid, Iowa, Lois (Tom) Anderson of Windom; sister-in-law Ardis Heidebrink of Madrid, Iowa; and a host of nieces and nephews. Proceeding Robert in death are his parents; two brothers: Lawrence Heidebrink in infancy and Jacob Heidebrink and one sister Melvina Thompson.
