Bob passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, July 23, 2017. All of his life was spent in agriculture with the exception of 12 years with Duininck Construction. Driving an 18 wheeler was in Bob’s blood whether it was coast to coast or to the twin cities and back. In his down time, he loved to hunt, fish and spend time with family and friends. Left to go on without him is his wife Dawn Gerdes Haff, daughter Angela Richardson (Brian Kaiser), son Dustin Haff, grandsons Brad and Jack Kaiser, Adrian and Asher Richardson. Keeping all the stories and memories alive is his mother Violet Haff, brothers Lowell and Bill Haff, sisters Kay Teichroew and Carol Schutz along with their families. Waiting for Bob at the Pearly Gates was his son Jeffrey, father Stanley, sister Trudy, grandson Dylan along with many family and friends. What a celebration they are having.
A Celebration of Bob’s life will take place on Saturday, September 23, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the American Legion in Montevideo. Blessed be his memory.
