Richard Fultz

Richard Allen Fultz was born on July 22, 1962, in Montevideo, MN, the son of Gary and Diane (Skare) Fultz. He was baptized in the Christian faith and attended Montevideo Public Schools.
Richard worked for a time on an oil rig in Rosewell, NM in the mid 1980’s. This job he really enjoyed. He then was employed by Denny Larson in Montevideo and worked with his longtime friend Ron Kittleson. At the time of his death, Richard was assisting a friend at Back Street Auto in Montevideo.
Among Richard’s interests were riding Harley Davidsons with Ron Kittleson and repairing cars. He enjoyed helping his friends with their car maintenance and during the summer months he mowed lawns for a little extra cash. He also loved to deer hunt. Richard was called from this life in an unfortunate incident on Friday Oct. 13, 2017. He was 55 years of age.
Surviving family include his mother Diane Smith of Montevideo, MN; his sons Lance Allen Fultz, Charles Gary Fultz and Jerome Allen (& Tina Ann) Fultz; special friend Velma Bjorklund; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father Gary Fultz; an infant brother and grandparents Paul & Minnie Skogrand. Blessed be his memory.
