Rachel Welter

Rachel Joan Welter was born January 11, 1940, the daughter of Arden & Ruth Stevens, in Granite Falls. She graduated from the Minnetonka High School in 1958. She was united in marriage to Joseph Welter in 1960 and to this union was born two sons.Rachel passed away on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at the Methodist Hospital in Minneapolis. She was 69 years of age.She is survived by her sons: Joe (Cynthia) and Steve all of the Twin Cities; her mother Ruth of Granite Falls; nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.She was preceded in death by her father and two brothers: Aaron & Richard.
