Paul Jay Crow was born on November 8, 1969 in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, the son of Jack and Rose Crow. He passed away Tuesday January 10, 2017 at United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota.
He grew up in Redwood Falls before moving to Granite Falls in 1983 with his family.
On January 1, 1995 Paul was united in marriage to Barb Hatch. To this union two sons were born. They made their home in Echo while raising their sons Matthew and Mitchell.
Paul enjoyed fishing, 4-wheeling, boating, writing poems,drawing pictures, jigsaw puzzles, listening to music and last but not least eating. He especially enjoyed spending free time with family and friends, playing with his nieces and nephews and riding his motorcycle.
He worked in maintenance for the Upper Sioux Community and at Prairies Edge Casino in security, as a video technician, and a member of the drop team.
Paul has lived in Wood Lake with his brother Joe up until his journey to the spirit world.
He is survived by his sons: Mathew and Mitchell Crow of Olivia; mother: Rose Crow of Granite Falls; siblings: Ursula (James) Stavne of Granite Falls; Joe Crow of Wood Lake; Monekee Felton of Hanley Falls; Tonka Crow of St. Paul; several nieces and nephews, and many other relatives and friends.
Paul was preceded in death by his father, Harrison Crow Jr. paternal grandparents: Harrison Sr. and Mary Jane Crow; maternal grandparents: Arthur and Pearl Hopman; and a brother in infancy, Billy Jack Crow.
