Patricia Goblish

Patricia (Pat) Ann Goblish, 61, of Clara City passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 21st, 2022 at her home. A Prayer Service will be held Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Montevideo with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Fellowship and food will follow the service at Off Center Tavern and Grill in Clara City.
Pat was born on August 24th, 1960 in Benson, Minnesota to Bernard Cronen and Alice (Laumb) Cronen. She grew up in rural Clara City and spent much of her time working on the family farm. When her farm chores were done, she spent much of her time riding and caring for the horses. Growing up she was an avid Girl Scout and took part in many 4-H events. Pat attended school in Clara City and graduated in 1978.
After high school, Pat worked a variety of jobs in the health care field (most notably at REM) and continued to reside in Clara City where she was blessed with 3 children Jessica, Michael, and Kaitlin. She loved the small town feel of Clara City. It was where she raised her children as well as continued the rest of her life.
Pat enjoyed crafting of any kind but absolutely loved making greeting cards for her friends and family. She also loved music, football, old TV shows, and the game show network. Her dogs were her pride and joy and she loved them with her whole heart. She enjoyed spending time in water of any kind and loved sharing those experiences with her friends, family, and especially her grandchildren. Her grandson even got her on a waterslide!
In her later years Pat’s favorite title was “Nan”. She loved spending quality time with her grandchildren and she always came supplied with snacks and toys of many kinds! Their time together was always Pat’s favorite time.
Patricia is survived by her children, Jessica (Zach) Click of Fargo, ND, Kaitlin Goblish (Cody Dahlbeck) of West Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Rhett and River Jo; siblings, Bette (Wayne) Talley of Tea, SD, Daniel (Carrie) Cronen of Clara City, MN; as well as many other family and friends.
Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Alice; her brother, Timothy and her son, Michael.
