Nathan Bahn, 64, of Wood Lake, passed away on November 8, 2022, in Kyle, Texas. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at St. John's Lutheran Church in Wood Lake. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Saturday.
Nathan David Bahn was born December 30, 1957, the son of David and Lalah (Plath) Bahn in Wood Lake. He was baptized and confirmed at St. John’s Lutheran Church. Nathan graduated from the Wood Lake High School and continued his schooling at the Vo-Tech in Granite Falls.
Nathan loved helping his father on the farm and cherished the time spent there. He also worked at Equity Elevator/Farmward for several years. Nathan enjoyed riding motorcycle with Linette and watching old westerns. He was always willing to lend a helping hand. It was just in his nature to help those in need and get them going in the right direction.
He is survived by his wife Linette; children: Ryan (Lalonni) Bahn of Austin, Texas, Jill Bahn (Lance) of Kyle, Texas, Emily DeJager (Chris) of Wood Lake, Jim Disbrow of Jordan and Jennifer Disbrow of Granite Falls; 15 grandchildren; siblings: Michael (Terry) Bahn of Rosemont, Richard (Gail) Bahn of Coon Rapids, Lanae (Chuck) Grieger of Wood Lake, Vicki (Brad) Lundy of Dawson and Lori Bahn of Willmar; and several nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
