Marion Anderson

Marion Lorraine Anderson was born as a twin on Wednesday, November 30, 1921 in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Alfred and Laura Olson. She passed away peacefully on April 15, 2009 at Luther Haven Nursing Home in Montevideo, Minnesota. She attained the age of 87 years. Marion enjoyed traveling, playing cards, shopping, having coffee with friends and spending time with her family. Marion is survived by her children: Sheryl (Robert) Miller of Montevideo, Minnesota; Pam (Vern) Anderson of Dawson, Minnesota; Laurie (Lonnie Curtis) Anderson of Willmar, Minnesota; Gregg (Kathy) Anderson of Blaine, Minnesota; Carolyn (Marty) Koskela of Trout Creek, Montana; grand children: Robb (Martha) Miller, Matthew (Kelly) Anderson, Vince Anderson, Ben Anderson, Casey Anderson, Tyler Curtis, Jason (Kristen) Anderson, Ericka Anderson, Jessica Anderson, Jared (Sherrie) Koskela, and Katie (Jay) Haury; great-grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, and step great- great-grandchildren; twin brother: Melvin (Lois) Olson of Green Bay, Wisconsin, and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents Alfred and Laura Olson, her brother Gordon and her sister Alice Lundquist.
