Leslie Leese

Memorials to American Heart Association Leslie Leese was born September 12, 1957, in Benson, the son of Jacob & Janis (Larson) Leese. He was baptized at Kerkhoven Lutheran Church and was later confirmed at Maynard Lutheran Church. Les graduated from the Montevideo High School in 1979. He loved working with wood and all outdoor activities. He enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and driving his pickup. Les passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2009, at the University of Minnesota Fairview Hospital in Minneapolis. He was 51 years old. Les is survived by his mother Janis of Maynard; siblings: Geraldine (Denny) Jensen of Brooklyn Center; Linda (John) Hallson of Long Lake; Darlene Leese of Brooklyn Center; Allen (Donna) Leese of Maynard; Orlene (Ron) Gorder of Lowry; Laura Leese (& Norm Schneider) of Maynard; Harlen (Robyn) Leese of Maynard; Karla (Joey) Buseman of Montevideo; Bradley (Kim) Leese of Tuscola, Illinois; Julie (Dave) Pedersen of Brooklyn Park and Janell (Dominick) Bush of Vadnais Heights; numerous nephews and nieces and extended family and friends; Les was preceded in death by his father Jacob in 1979; nephew Christopher Buseman in 1989; great nephew Hunter Tebben in 2004 and also his grandparents.
