Kimberly Synhorst

Kimberly Ann Synhorst was born June 5, 1962, the daughter of Jerry and Doris (Melde) Wilson in Downey, California. She was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. She graduated from the Montevideo High School in 1980. Following high school, Kim attended the Granite Falls Vo-Tech. She went on to work at Walmart in Montevideo, as a Department Manager, for many years.
Kim was united in marriage with Timothy Synhorst on October 26, 2019, in Montevideo. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and family. Some of her favorite activities included going fishing in the boat, drives around the lake, cooking and baking, playing cards, playing pool and planting flowers in the Spring.
Kim passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020, at the Appleton Hospital. She was 57 years of age.
She is survived by her husband Tim of Appleton; children: Adam DuHoux of Appleton, Aaron (Tori) DuHoux of Hutchinson and Cody Synhorst of Appleton; grandchildren: Zoie Sampson, Abigail DuHoux and Cason DuHoux; mother Doris Wilson of Montevideo; two brothers: David Wilson of Montevideo and Jim Wilson of Dawson; and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 4th at 11 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Montevideo. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at church and continue one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
