Kari Jo McGraw was born August 15, 1959, the daughter of Kenneth & Virginia (Beavers) Agre, in Minneapolis. She was baptized at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Belview and confirmed at Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior. She attended school in Bloomington and graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1977. She worked at Andrew Residence in Minneapolis and Edina Reality in Cottage Grove.
Kari was united in marriage to Roger McGraw on July 30, 1994. This union was blessed with a daughter Lindsey and a son Matthew.
Kari passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. She was 56 years of age.
She is survived by her daughter Lindsey, of Sacred Heart; her parents Kenneth & Virginia of Sacred Heart; siblings: twin Kathy Schilling of Sacred Heart; Kevin (Debra) Agre of Kaukauna, WI; and Kimberly Agre of Sun Prairie, WI; step daughter Marilyn (Joe) Carter and their children: Brittany, Dominic, Elly & Rebel; and several nieces, nephews: Shawn, Heath, Chris, Brittany, Ashlie (Matt); godchild Riley & Olivia and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roger; son Matthew; maternal grandparents Harold & Verna Beavers; paternal grandparents Martin & Martha Agre; one aunt Delores Agre Boike and three uncles: Myron & Harold Agre and Charles Beavers.
