Johanna Cullinan

Johanna Bertha Cullinan was born in Maynard, Minnesota on May 1, 1922 to Ethel (Bird) and Herman Randt. She died peacefully at Luther Haven Nursing Home on Tuesday, November 4, 2014.

Johanna was baptized and confirmed in Immanuel Lutheran Church of Clara City. She graduated from Montevideo High School, continued her formal education in St. Cloud State College and went on to teach elementary school for 31 years.

A long time member in Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Martha Circle, and WELCA, Johanna also enjoyed baking, gardening, flowers, playing cards, traveling many places in the United States as well as other countries, and spent many winters in Florida, Texas and mainly Mesa, Arizona.

Cherishing Johanna’s memory are her nieces, nephews, stepchildren, their families and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her mother Ethel (when she was only two years old), her father Herman Randt, her husbands: Carl Hagemeyer, Lauris Olson, Kenneth Cronin and Edward Cullinan. May her memory be blessed.
