Jason John Linden was born on May 2, 1972, in St. Paul, MN, the son of John and Diane Linden. He was baptized and confirmed at First Lutheran Church in White Bear Lake, MN, and attended White Bear Lake Area High School. He then went on to attend Concordia College, Moorhead, and graduated from North Dakota State University. He attained his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Pharmacy. He was a 4th generation Pharmacist, which began in 1904. At the time of his passing, Jason was employed as a pharmacist for the Granite Falls Municipal Hospital.
On November 14, 1998, Jason was united in marriage. He enjoyed spending time with his 3 boys, playing golf, watching hockey, skiing, spending time at Lake Superior, and listening to his music.
Jason was a wonderful dad, who shared his life with his sons. He taught them about all the things he enjoyed throughout his life. Together they shared a love for music, playing their instruments, skiing, playing golf, and hockey, creating amazing building projects, and just plain having fun. Jason was a generous, fun loving and kind man. He had a passion for helping others, and the gift of being able to share just the right words with everyone. He truly had a love for people, which he gave freely throughout his life.
On Saturday May 30, Jason was called peacefully home to be with the Lord. He was 43 years old.
Surviving family include his parents- John & Diane (Robinson) Linden; his three sons- Peter, Gustave and Anders Linden, all of Bloomington; his sister Angie (& Scott) Jans of Granite Falls; his niece Kylie Jans of Granite Falls; nephews Samuel Jans and Caleb Jans, also of Granite Falls; his former wife Caroline Linden of Bloomington, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents- Gustave E. and Agnes Linden and his maternal grandparents- Charles and Olive Robinson.
