Janice Kimpling

Janice Ann Kimpling was born July 17, 1940, in rural Clara City to Eilert & Dorothy (Schroder) Goldenstein. She grew up in Clara City and graduated in 1959. On June 26, 1959, she married Les Kimpling. They made their home and started a family in Clara City and eventually moved to Montevideo. Jan worked as a Teachers Aide and was the Owner of Mode O' Day clothing store on Main street in Monte. Finally ending her retail career after 20 years at Howard's Shoes.
She was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother. Jan"s family meant the most to her and she cherished every moment spent with them. Jan enjoyed shopping, bird watching and spending time with her "Monkeys" (Grandchildren). She is survived by her children & grandchildren;

Jan is preceded in death by her husband Les and now is safely home with him.
