Harold Graham Begay was born February 14, 1941, in Dennehotso, Arizona, the son of Graham & Phyllis (Featherhat) Begay. He graduated high school in Arizona.
Harold was united in marriage to Shelia Good Bird in 1978, in Pierre, South Dakota. He was employed with Plews as a Machinist for 25 years. Harold loved to fish, watch football & baseball, play blackjack and spend time with his grandchildren.
Harold passed away on Thursday, October 22, 2015, at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was 74 years of age.
He is survived by his wife Sheila Begay of Granite Falls; three daughters: Wanda of Sioux City, Iowa; Dinah Begay-Anderson of Granite Falls and Phyllis (Bryan) Shadle of Atlanta, Georgia; six sisters: Lucy (Tony) Beyale; Mary Begay; Rosie Daugamah; Marie Begay; Eileen (Eddie) Whitewater and Sherry Francis all of Arizona; two brothers: Al (Suzanne) Francis and Tim Francis all of Arizona; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother Harrison Black; sister Lillie Francis; grandson Alexander Johnson and step-father Earl Francis.
