Floyd Aarnes

Floyd "Bob" Aarnes was born on December 21, 1922, in Crate Township, Chippewa County, Minnesota the son of John and Anna Aarnes. He was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith and grew up in the Clara City area. He attended country school, District 60, in Crate Township and farmed all of his adult life. Other than his love of farming, Bob enjoyed visiting with friends, deer hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He was called from this life on Saturday, November 18, 2012, while a resident of the Clara City Care Center. He was 89 years of age. He is survived by his nephews- Jerry (& Lynette) Jenkins of Anoka and Patric Jenkens of Clara City; his niece- Joann (& Mike) Siegman of Watertown, SD; extended family and many friends.
