Evelyn Irene Koepke was born on September 20, 1918 in Yellow Medicine County, Minnesota the daughter of Herman and Anna (Nelson) Koepke. She passed away on Friday, October 7, 2016 at Riverside Assisted Living in Granite Falls.
She grew up and attended school in the Granite Falls area. Evelyn worked as a house keeper and waitress in the Granite Falls area and later worked in the Granite Falls High School kitchen for over 30 years.
She is survived by her cousins and other extended family and preceded in death by her parents, sister and brother-in-law.
