Denise Marie Musselman was born February 12, 1959, the daughter of Dennis & Kathleen (King) Mason in Minneapolis. She attended school in Bloomington and graduated from the Kennedy High School in 1978. She continued her education by attending college.
Denise worked in the food service industry for many years. She also managed several restaurants during her career. She was united in marriage to Rev Jeffery Michael Musselman on February 24, 1990, in Hopkins. Denise was a devoted Christian. In the last few years she was the assistant curator at the Sacred Heart Museum. Denise cherished her family and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She passed away on Monday, March 11, 2019, at her residence. She was 60 years of age.
She is survived by her husband Rev. Jeffrey Michael Musselman; mother Kathleen Johnson of Bloomington; children: Sarah (John) Cook of Sacred Heart, Joshua Mason (fiancé Veda McFarland) of Granite Falls and Nicole Musselman of Marshall; grandchildren: Eric Wasson, Jamison Clayton, Lilly Cook, John Jr. Cook, Lidia McFarland and Nicholas “Nicco” Schold; siblings: Debbie Mason of Richfield and Dennis Mason of Minneapolis, nephew Cory Musselman and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, March 21st at 1:30 pm at the Wing-Bain Funeral Home Chapel in Granite Falls. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home on Thursday.
