Cindy Mithun

Lacinda Faye Mithun was born February 6, 1971, the daughter of Kenneth and Sharon (Becker) Blom, in Willmar, Minnesota. She was baptized at the Raymond Christian Reformed Church. Cindy graduated from Raymond High School in 1989. She continued her education at the Willmar Community College where she earned a degree in Mental Health. She worked in Willmar for a short period and then started working at the Clara City Care Center. Cindy really loved her work and spent over twenty years at the care center.
She was united in marriage to Robert Mithun on October 3, 1998, at Raymond Christian Reformed Church.
She enjoyed being around people and always looked forward to her trips to We Fest every year. She loved making crafts, flowers, taking pictures and playing darts. Cindy was a caregiver at heart and loved spending time with her husband, children, family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother and friend to all.
Cindy passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019, at the Rice Memorial Hospital. She was 48 years of age.
She is survived by her husband Bob, two daughters: Shealee and Alexa all of Clara City, her parents Kenneth and Sharon Blom of Raymond, brother Joel (Beth) Blom of Chaska and many extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Albert & Margaret Blom and Joe & Dorothy Becker and her uncle, Marvin Becker.
Memorial services will be held on Friday, February 22nd at 11 am at Bethany Reformed Church in Clara City. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the church on Friday.
