Belva Tjosvold

Belva Joann Tjosvold was born November 5, 1932 to Harward and Evelyn Sederstrom. She was baptized and confirmed at Saron Lutheran Church in Maynard, MN. She graduated from Granite Falls High School and Concordia in Moorhead, MN with a degree in education.On June 11, 1955, Belva was united in marriage to Roger Tjosvold at Saron Lutheran Church. They had 3 children: Pam, Sara and Jon.Belva loved to serve and care for everyone. She enjoyed bible studies in Minnesota and Arizona. She faithfully worked at salad luncheons, making donuts with friends and serving for many activities at Granite Falls Lutheran Church. Belva loved life and she wanted to make it better for everyone. She always had cake, cookies and a pot of coffee ready to go at a moments notice.Belva loved to spend time with her family at the cabin on Lake Koronis in Paynesville, MN. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and hearing about their hopes and dreams.Belva is survived by her husband, Roger Tjosvold; children: Pam (Joe) Limke of Albuquerque, NM, Sara (Rich) Svir of Lino Lakes, MN and Jon (Jennifer) Tjosvold of Granite Falls; Grandchildren: Katie, Derek, Nathan, Travis, Hallie, Nicholas, Tyler, Lauren and Jack; siblings Larry (Judy) Sederstrom of Hinckley, MN, Lynn (Dan) Henderson of Holmen, WI and sister in-law Patty (Bruce) Sederstom of Maynard, MN and several close extended family and friends.She was preceded in death by her parents Harward and Evelyn Sederstrom, two brothers Bruce and Hagen and numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
