Alexis “Lexi” Labatte, age 23, of Granite Falls, Minnesota passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021 at her home.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Rock Haven Church with interment following at the Yellow Medicine Nation cemetery. Lunch following the interment at the Rock Haven Gathering Center.
Visitation will be held, Monday from 10:30AM – 1:00 PM, at the church.
Alexis ‘Lexi’ Nicole ‘LuLu’ was born on January 30, 1998 in Willmar, Minnesota, the daughter of Reginald and Diane LaBatte. She baptized in the Christian faith at the United Methodist Church in St. Paul, Minnesota and grew up in St. Paul area attending Inver Grove Heights Elementary School and Hight School in St. Paul. At the present time, Lexi was living in Granite Falls, Minnesota.
Lexi was proud of her beautiful daughter, Aurora Skye LaBatte who was born in 2018. She was proud of her heritage and enjoyed music, the outdoors and hanging out with her friends. Lexi was a loving and caring woman who was always ready to lend a helping hand. She began her journey into the Spiritual World on Saturday November 13, 2021 at the age of 23 years.
Surviving family includes her daughter – Aurora LaBatte, her mother Dianne Rodreguez; 3 brothers Reginald LaBatte Jr. Mario Nicholson, Matthew Nicholson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
Preceding her in death were her paternal grandparents Walter LaBatte Sr. and Genevieve LaBatte; her father Reginald LaBatte Sr, and sister Stephanie LaBatte.
