Sharon Hall, age 77, passed away on February 20, 2019, at her home in Montevideo, Minnesota. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at the Wing-Bain Funeral Home in Montevideo. Interment will be held at a later date at Watson Lutheran Cemetery in Watson.
Sharon Rose Hall was born on January 17, 1942, in Hendricks, Minnesota to Dale and Florence (Eastman) Christianson. She attended school in Montevideo and furthered her education at the Granite Falls Technical College.
Sharon married Daniel Hall and together they were blessed with three children, Lezlie, Dale and Dawn. She worked for many years as a bookkeeper and later became a server at Trailways Café and enjoyed interacting with her co-workers and customers there.
Sharon will be remembered for her strong character and feisty disposition. She was never shy to share her opinion and perhaps on occasion was even a bit stubborn, though it was that determination that carried her and her family thru. Sharon enjoyed watching the progressions in nature and life, the planting of her gardens to the harvest. She loved her friends, her children, her home and her beloved dogs.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Lezlie Hall of Brooklyn, NY; son, Dale Hall of Minneapolis, MN; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Dale and Florence Christianson; daughter, Dawn Marie; brother, Carrol “Chris” Christianson and sister, Lydia Veronee.
